Phone Lines: A traditional phone company will provide a pair of copper wires per phone line. VoIP Phone Lines VoIP phone lines actually run over your data connection (internet). Digital phone lines I know you can have these provided by Shaw, I’m not sure there are any others in Manitoba that provide this service.
